Shipping Policy

Katalina Klark Enterprises ships merchandise via UPS or FedEx Ground within 2 to 6 business days of order placement, unless otherwise noted with the merchandise. Processing times may be longer during the holidays. Katalina Klark Enterprises does have most of the merchandise drop shipped directly to you, from our suppliers. We do attempt to make sure all items are available for sale, but if an item is no longer available, or if an item is back ordered, you will be notified by e-mail.

This and That - All items in this category are NOT RETURNABLE. Sold as is. We will accept PayPal payments ONLY.

The Tannenbaum Treasures/Abigail Collection ornaments are sent via USPS Priority service which is a two to three day service.

Picnic Time orders generally take two days to process and the items are shipped via FedEx. During the holidays, the processing times may take up to four days.

The Picnic Time Collegiate Line orders generally take five to seven days to process and the items are shipped via FedEx. During the holidays, the processing times may take longer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: We regret that dog apparel/costumes cannot be returned to us unless there is a defect in workmanship in which case we will replace with an identical product. All apparel is shipped via USPS Priority service which is a two day service.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item, e-mail us at custserv@KatalinaKlark.com and inform us of the reason for the return. If we authorize a return, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions or may authorize a call tag to have the item picked up.

  • To be eligible for a refund, for an item that is defective or damaged in shipping, Katalina Klark Enterprises must be notified within 48 hours after receipt of merchandise. If we authorize a return, a replacement product will be sent after the receipt of the item.
  • To be eligible for a refund, for an item that in not defective or damaged in shipping, you must return the item in the same condition you received it. The return must be postmarked within one week of after receipt, for full refund of the merchandise. The shipping and handling charges will not refunded. Shipping and handling charges for returning an item are borne by the buyer.
  • Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 7 days after delivery and less than 30 days, will receive 80% of item's purchased price. The shipping and handling charges will not refunded. Shipping and handling charges for returning an item are borne by the buyer.
  • After 30 days from the receipt of merchandise, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be issued.
