Chef Fabio Viviani - Heritage Collection

The Heritage Collection was developed in partnership with Chef Fabio Viviani. Inspired by Viviani’s rustic, gourmet cooking style, this premier line of products features items that both assist the at-home chef during cooking and add style to the presentation. Chef Fabio Viviani has possessed a passion for food since his childhood growing up in Florence, Italy. By the time he was 27, he owned and operated five restaurants in Florence, but although successful in Italy, he was ready for a change and moved to California. There he opened two acclaimed restaurants Café Firenze and Firenze Osteria, followed by Siena Tavern in Chicago in February 2013. Viviani is perhaps best known for his appearance on Season Five of Bravo’s hit reality series Top Chef in 2008, earning the “Fan Favorite” title. Viviani’s on screen appearances have propelled him to become one of the fastest growing household names in the country. “My unique approach to cooking became the inspiration for this line of products," says Fabio. "I hope to inspire and assist at-home chefs to create amazing meals, presented in style. Now, let’s cook up something fabulous!"
