Jackite Peregrine Falcon Kite / Windsock

Are you tired of birds making a mess? Fly the Peregrine Falcon over your garden, dock, deck, pool, or boat to keep other more annoying birds away and control damage. This kite and the other scarecrow bird kites are used by the marinas, farmers, orchard owners, bee keepers, and government agencies.

Jackite Birds are also Kites just for the fun of flying your own bird. As with all Jackites, this bird will beat it's wings, bank on the air and soar to new heights. The birds are constructed of Tyvek and a solid fiberglass spar. It is water resistant and highly tear resistant, and will provide you with many hours of flying pleasure. These birds make great windsocks. Just attach the bird to a pole with a lead line and watch it fly by itself. We have one of the birds flying in our backyard attached to a fiberglass pole with a Line Rig. It is wonderful to watch on a windy day.

The bird kite comes packaged in a 3" diameter tube. You will remove the kite from the package and apply three simple steps to the bird and it's ready to fly.

• Need Item: Clear Permanent Tape

1. Remove from package.
2. Peal the sealant covers off along the body. Press together along body to create a cone like body.
3. Install fiberglass rod across wings through the flap on one wing, through center ring, through the rod flap on other wing, and place into the rod pocket. Then insert the remaining rod end into the remaining rod pocket.
4. Place the fuzz packet through the cone into the head and use any permanent tape to keep in place.
5. Attach the swivel to the front for flying on a pole like a windsock.
6. Attach the swivel on to the body for flying on a line like a kite.
7. Attach your own line (Optional Kite Line and LineRig are available to purchase)
8. Remember to roll up the leading edges of the wing over the spar across the wings as explained on other instruction sheet
